“It’s nothing, but light…”
दिव्यो वै अमृत: पुरुषः स बाह्याभ्यान्तरो वै
अज: अप्राणो वै अम्ना: शुभ्रोSक्षरात परत: पर:
Divyo hy amūrtaḥ puruṣah sa bāhyābhyantaro hy
ajaḥ aprāṇo hy amanāḥ śubhro akṣarāt paratah paraḥ
Mandukya Upanishad 2.1.2
“The absolute truth is transcendental (to the dimensions of this material realm), He is without form, and He is neither inside nor outside, unborn, un-breathing, and devoid of mind and body, splendid, highest of the highest”
A person at this level of realization thinks that just like light, the eternal reality is an all-pervading formless entity. Its real nature is, and should be incomprehensible and unfathomable, and that is only possible if it does not resemble anything to what a human brain can think. That eternal entity has to be essentially outside the jurisdiction of human brain.
